The book is designed by the design agency Yokoland and contains over 150 photographs and illustrations with works by artists such as Per Kleiva, Berit Soot Kløvig, Ørnulf Opdahl, Hans Jørgen Toming, Peter Haars, Marianne Heske, Sidsel Paaske, Willi Storn, Egil Røed, Arild Kristo, Kjartan Slettemark, Morten Krohg, Robert Meyer, Johan Knoff and many more.

POP ETC. is the first book to map the influence of pop art on Norwegian visual artists, graphic designers, directors and cartoonists between 1964-1974. The publication's starting point is 1964, the year when Norwegian artists came into contact with pop via the Louisiana Museum and Moderna Museum's Patterns of American pop art, and the Venice Biennale which is today referred to as the "pop biennial." These meetings challenged a large number of young Norwegian artists who quickly began working within the framework of pop art.
