Joanna Karpowicz (born 1976 in Krakow) is a prolific author of comics, painter, and illustrator. She's a graduate of the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts, studying under Leszek Misiak. Her favorite technique is acrylic on canvas and on paper. She has had many solo exhibitions in Krakow as well as being featured in international exhibitions.
